Who we are looking for:
All backgrounds will always be considered and experience here is far more important.

Required Experience: 
•    Dynamics 365 CE (ideally Customer Service) configuration and customisation
•    Ability to develop custom plugins (C#), workflow and actions
•    Strong Power Automate (Cloud Flow) skills (at scale)
•    Strong Canvas App Dev (at enterprise level)
•    Ideally have Typescript/JS/HTML/CSS dev. to support bespoke interface development
•    Excellent communicator, capable of engaging at all levels with customers
•    Distributed team dev. inc source control appreciation, esp. ADO / GIT and CI
•    Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-200. MB-230, PL-100 etc)

•    happiest working under their own direction, but fully supported when needed 
•    an obvious attention to detail, we want you to obsess about the little things!
•    ability to work effectively with remote teams in India 
•    ability to work flexibly to deliver on-time to tight timescales
