Who we are looking for: 

As a Lead Content Designer you will create clear, user centered content experiences. You’ll put the user at the centre of everything you do, delivering seamless and inclusive end-to-end services. Much of your work will be for our Public Sector clients, helping users complete their goal and government deliver policy intent. 

Required Experience:  

  • Develop content strategies driven by data – using analytics and user research to identify user needs 

  • Create, evaluate and update inclusive content that meets user needs 

  • Ability to conduct content audits, taxonomies and content mapping 

  • Build strong and influential relationships with stakeholders, advocating the value of content design and presenting ideas 

  • Work with Researchers to constantly test and iterate your content 

  • Design and facilitate workshops with clients 

  • Active role in establishing and growing the content design practice, embedding content design into ways of working. 

  • Significant experience in content management systems 

  • Significant experience in agile methodology 

  • Public Sector experience is essential 

  • Ability to prototype in GDS toolkit is highly desirable
